While each LOAN Spart office and branch is unique, they all have one thing in common: talented employees whose contributions and incredible customer service have made us a successful company.

LOAN Spart Corporation believes in the power of a company that fosters the growth of its employees. We encourage our employees to continually increase their knowledge and, therefore, offer educational seminars and roundtables throughout the year. LOAN Spart also offers an Education Assistance Program to help employees with the costs associated with furthering their education.

LOAN Spart also encourages our employees to give back to the community and so we offer multiple opportunities for our employees and their family members to volunteer throughout the year including chances to work on a project with our signature charity, Habitat for Humanity. LOAN Spart also considers projects that promote diversity, deliver social and health services, support education, and provide arts and culture in our community.

Associates of LOAN Spart may participate in the following programs:

• The Corporate Direct Grant Program provides cash contributions to non-profits which an associate is involved and whose activities align with business and community needs.
• The Volunteer Plus Program provides cash contributions to non-profits which an associate or group of associates have volunteered time.
• The Matching Grant Program provides contributions to non-profits that equal an associate's cash contribution up to $250.
• The Volunteer Release Time Off Program pays for associates to volunteer away from their work site up to 8 hours each year.
