Corporate Giving Program

LOAN Spart Corporation invests in corporate philanthropy by contributing funds directly to non-profit organizations and matching the cash and time contribution of employees. The company makes direct monetary grants to non-profits through sponsorships, direct grants and grant challenges.

Our corporate philanthropy focuses on supporting organizations that are committed to accelerating home ownership and community building through housing, economic development and home ownership education initiatives. We also consider projects that promote diversity, deliver social and health services, support educational activities and provide arts and culture in our communities.

The corporation has instituted four ways to support its associates

The Corporate Direct Program
The Corporate Direct Program provides cash contributions to non-profit organizations to which an associate or associates is involved and whose activities align with our business and community interests.

The Volunteer Plus Program
The Volunteer Plus Program provides cash contributions to non-profit organizations to which an associate or associates has volunteered time.

The Matching Grant Program
The Matching Grant Program provides contributions to non-profit organizations that equal an associate's cash contribution of up to $250.

Volunteer Release Program
Volunteer Release Time Off pays for associates to volunteer away from their work site for up to 8 hours.
