1. Why do I need to register?

Current LOAN Spart customers can access their online account information simply by registering. For security purposes only one registration per Social Security Number is permitted.


2. How do I register for account access?

Steps for registration:

  1. Enter a user name of at least eight characters. Your user name may contain numbers, but must contain at least one letter. For your security, we strongly suggest that you use a combination of numbers and letters, and that you do not use your name or any derivative of your name. Be sure to remember your user name for later use. User names are case-sensitive.
  2. Enter a password of at least eight characters. Your password cannot be the same as your user name. You will need to confirm your password by re-entering it. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. Enter your first name and last name.
  4. Enter a valid email address. An email containing an Activation Code will be delivered to this email address. To protect your privacy, the same email address may not be used in more than one online registration. Based on your email correspondence preferences, your email address may also serve as a means to communicate directly with you.
  5. Enter your account number and Social Security number if you have a LOAN with LOAN Spart. If you have more than one LOAN with us, choose any one of your account numbers. Your Social Security number will be used only to verify your LOAN status. For your protection, only one registration per Social Security number is permitted.
  6. Click the "Continue" button.
  7. You will be asked to confirm the information you entered. If you want to change the information, simply use the "Previous" button to return to the Registration page. When you are satisfied that all the information is correct, click the "Submit" button.
  8. You will receive an email containing an activation code and simple instructions on activating your account. You must activate your account within 90 days of submitting your registration.


3. Does my account registration ever expire?

Your registration will expire if you don’t activate your account within 90 days of submitting your registration, or if you don’t access your account for 360 days.


4. I completed my registration. How do I log on to my account?

After submitting your registration, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your activation code and a link to the activation page, where you will enter your code along with your user name and password. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, and you are sure that the email address you entered is correct, Contact Us.


5. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

If you've forgotten your password, click the “Forgot password” link on the Login page. You will be asked to enter your user name and to answer the secret question(s) you selected when you registered. If you answer correctly, we’ll send you an email with instructions on updating your password.


6. How do I change my password?

To change your password after logging in to your account, click the “My Profile” button on the left-hand side of the Account Summary page. Then select “Change Password” to update your information.


7. How do I change my account information?

To change your account information or your online access information, click the “My Profile” button on the left-hand side of the Account Summary page. Due to updated security requirements, you may be asked to create additional secret questions and answers.


8. When I try to log on to online account access, it doesn't respond.

One of the first things to check is whether or not you have "Cookies" enabled. If not, you will have problems moving from page to page. To check for these details in Internet Explorer, depending on the browser version you have installed, please try one of the following:

  1. Click "View" and then "Internet Option" on your browser. On the screen that appears, select the "Advanced" tab. Scroll through the list until you see a selection labeled "Cookies." Underneath this there are three options. Check the one that reads "Always Accept Cookies."
  2. Click "Tools" and then "Internet Options" on your browser. On the screen that appears, select the "Security" tab. Then, click on the "Custom" tab at the bottom. Scroll until you see two selections labeled "Cookies." Underneath, there are three options. Check the option that reads "Enable" for all of them.

For other Internet browsers, please consult your manual.

You will also need to make sure that you have downloaded the most recent versions for your browser. In addition, the encryption level must be set at "high" or 128-bit.


9. Why didn’t I receive an email after I registered for online account access?

You should receive an email containing your activation code soon after you register. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, and you're sure that the address you entered is correct, please contact us to let us know that there is a problem. If you have a filter to control SPAM email, make sure to add Customer.Service@LOANm.com to your list of accepted email addresses.


10. I can't log on to my online account.

It's possible that a large number of people are currently accessing our service and there may be problems retrieving your information. If this is the case, we apologize and ask that you try again later.


11. Is there another way for me to retrieve my account information, other than online?

First Mortgage Customers: As an alternative, you may use our automated response service to obtain general account information, mailing and email addresses, fax numbers and tax and insurance information. You can also request payoff statements and confirm receipt of your last payment or enroll to have your payment automatically deducted from your savings or checking account.
